The right of withdrawal is regulated according to current legislation and based on the following information.

To take advantage of this right it is necessary to send a communication via e-mail or fax by filling out the appropriate form (download here) no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods. The company undertakes to respond to the flight and no later than 7 working days from receipt of the form. The goods travel from the customer to our warehouse with transport and shipping costs by the customer himself.

Since the transport is due to stormy times only and exclusively by bank transfer. The right of withdrawal will be granted only and exclusively if the goods will be returned as you have received complete in all its parts. In case of specific withdrawal, the goods travel from the customer to our warehouse with transport and round-trip costs charged to the customer.
