Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 
The company MONTECHIMICA Snc, with registered office in Gambugliano (Vicenza), in Viale del Lavoro, 15, as Data Controller (hereinafter "Holder") pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (from now on next: "Regulations" or "GDPR") - considers privacy and the protection of personal data one of the main objectives of its business. Before communicating any personal data to the Owner, we invite all Users of the Montechimica site to read carefully this Statement which contains important information on the protection of their personal data.
This information describes how to manage the official website of Montechimica (www.montechimica.com, from now on: "Site") and not also of other external websites that can be consulted by the user through links. Additional information can be provided within the different access channels, divided on the basis of the topics covered (Theme Areas).
This Information:
- is an integral part of the Website;
- is made pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulations to those who interact with the web services of the Site;
- in some sections of the site, where necessary, it is supplemented by detailed provisions regarding the specific processing of personal data.
The processing of personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation and retention, minimization and accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, as well as the principle of accountability pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR. Users' personal data will therefore be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the Regulations and the confidentiality obligations set out therein.
Personal data processing means any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the use of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction .
The personal data being processed may consist of textual information, photographic or video images and any other information suitable for rendering the data subject identified or identifiable.

2.1. Navigation data - log files
The computer systems and the applications dedicated to the functioning of this website detect, during their normal operation, some data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) not associated with directly identifiable Users.
The collected data includes the IP addresses and the domain names of the computers used by the Users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the IT environment used by the User. These data are processed, for the time strictly necessary, for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its regular operation.
2.2. Data provided voluntarily by the user
The voluntary and explicit sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated in the different access channels of this site and the compilation of the specifically prepared "formats" (forms) entail the subsequent acquisition of the address and data of the sender / user, necessary to respond to the requests produced and / or provide the requested service. Specific summary information will be shown or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.
2.3. Third party data provided voluntarily by Users
In the use of particular services, personal data may be processed by third parties, communicated to Montechimica by the User. With respect to these hypotheses, the User stands as an independent data controller, assuming all the legal obligations and responsibilities. In this sense, the User confers on the point the widest indemnity with respect to any objection, claim, request for compensation for damage from treatment that should be received by the Data Controller from third parties, whose personal data have been processed through its use the services of the Website in violation of the rules on the protection of personal data applicable. In any case, if the User provides or otherwise treats personal data of third parties in the use of the Site, guarantees from now - assuming all related liability - that this particular hypothesis of treatment is based on the prior acquisition - by the User - of the consent of the third party to the processing of information concerning him.
2.4 Purpose of the processing
The Montechimica Website carries out processing of personal data within the limits of what is strictly necessary for the performance of the institutional functions, excluding processing when the objectives pursued can be achieved through anonymous data or methods that allow identification of the interested party only in case of need. Specific purposes, related to individual treatments, can be reported in detail in the various access channels. Within them the User can find additional information on the processing of personal data.
Personal data collected through the Montechimica site can be used, with the consent of the interested party, for the request for sending informative material or commercial information.
3. Methods of processing
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
4. Optional nature of the provision of data
The user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms of the various services offered in the portal; failure to provide the required data obligatorily, will make it impossible to obtain the service.
5. Transfer, communication and dissemination of personal data
No data is shared outside the European Economic Area.
The personal data of Users requesting the sending of informative material (mailing-list, answers to questions, notices and newsletters, deeds and provisions, etc.) are used solely for the purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only in cases where:
- this is necessary for the fulfillment of requests (eg shipping service of the requested documentation);
- the communication is imposed by legal or regulatory obligations;
- during a legal proceeding.
6. Retention of personal data
Personal data processed for the simple navigation of the Site will be kept for the time strictly necessary for this functionality.
For the purpose of requesting the sending of informative material or commercial information, personal data will be kept for a period of two years.
In any case, the possibility for Montechimica to store the personal data of Users for the period of time provided for and allowed by Italian law to protect their interests pursuant to art. 2947 of the c.c ..
7. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to articles 15 and ss. of the GDPR, the Users have the right to ask Montechimica, at any time, access to their personal data, to rectify or cancel them, or to oppose their processing pursuant to art. 21 of the Regulations. Users also have the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulations, as well as obtaining, in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, the data concerning it, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Rules. Requests should be sent in writing to the Owner at info@montechimica.com.
In any case, Users are always entitled to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulations, if they consider that the processing of their data is contrary to the legislation in force.
8. Changes
The Montechimica company reserves the right to modify or simply update the content of this Privacy Policy, in part or completely, also due to changes in the applicable legislation. Montechimica will inform Users as soon as they are introduced and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site. Montechimica invites Users to regularly visit this section to take cognizance of the most recent and updated version of the Privacy Policy in order to be always updated on the data collected and on the use made of it by Montechimica.
