GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
 
Any commercial relationship established between the MONTECHIMICA seller and a buyer is subject to the general conditions of sale detailed below
 
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
MONTECHIMICA reserves the right to make any changes to the products that may prove necessary and appropriate, without altering their essential characteristics. The customer, accepting the general conditions of sale, is aware of the Laws on the trade of medical surgical devices, biocides and phytosanitary products.
 
MINIMUM AMOUNT OF PURCHASE CART

    The minimum billing amount is € 50.00. (VAT escluded)
    All prices are inclusive of VAT.

SHIPMENTS
The goods travel at the risk and peril of the customer, including the various breakages, even if shipped carriage paid. In the event that the packages are not delivered, complaints will be accepted only if indicated in the transport document, the accompanying invoice or the courier's waybill, notifying any anomalies by fax to our Sales Office at no. 0444 951644.
The costs of storing the goods and / or delivery of the goods are the responsibility of the customer and are charged on the invoice or with a debit note. The inventory, with the consequent return, can be avoided by indicating the times and days for delivery at the time of order; or possibly with a firm deposit at the nearest branch of the courier.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaints regarding the condition of the packaging, quantity, number and external characteristics of the products (apparent defects) must be received within eight days from the date of receipt of the products. Any complaints relating to defects that can not be identified by diligent checks at the time of receipt (hidden defects) must be notified promptly at the time of collection and in any case no later than twelve months from the date of delivery.
 
TERMS OF DELIVERY
The delivery terms indicated in the order confirmations are not binding. Any delays will not give the right to compensation or compensation for direct and / or indirect damages that do not depend on the willful misconduct or gross negligence of MONTECHIMICA.
 
JURISDICTION
For any controversy the Court of Vicenza will have exclusive jurisdiction.
